If the RSPCA wants to assure the public that it forbids factory farming and that their “assured humane” seal of approval meets public criteria, it needs to be completely transparent and let the people decide for themselves whether what they are viewing looks “humane.”

Although non-employee whistleblowers are deemed a “biosecurity” risk, it has been well-documented via video footage that they often exceed the sanitation standards of most workers.

This is a problem that extends beyond the UK to the States and Canada. As an example, The BCSPCA cannot enforce animal cruelty laws.
