I cried again 😭😭😭😭 And it is a heavy burden. I know you cannot save them all and I realized why you save the sick VS healthy ones for the legal purposes. You are strong Wayne. I would get PTSD from seeing that. How are you doing though.......do you put it out of mind or came to acceptance about the trial? I have had anxiety attacks for mediocre things I have been dealing with so can't imagine how you are feeling. How is your family. Big Huggies XOXO

Gosh, that's a big question! I'm very stressed and tired for sure. But also optimistic about the future. I should blog about coping mechanisms. Appreciate your support!

You did an amazing feat when you rescued Chester and even though he only lived a short time he was happy. Animal lovers everywhere appreciate your activism. Thanks for caring and loving animals!

Thank you Catherine. Really appreciate your words, as there are times where it's been very hard.

I love your caring. I also love animals and do not want the factory farming system to continue, but other things have pulled at me more, for my own life. I am grateful for people like you, where stopping the horrors of the factory farming system, and other abuses of animals, are what pulls you most. I think of the words near the ending: "Chester’s memory — his willingness to fight the good fight, even when the odds were stacked against him" and also "I face the prospect of a 10+ years in prison . . . "

Thanks Elsa. I'm grateful for you, too! If I'm going to get through this, if animals like Chester are going to get through what they're going through, we'll need your support.

Agreed. My intent is that soon I will be doing interviews weekly on a major online radio outlet - interviews with people I call Truth Warriors. A few days ago I did an interview with Tommy Robinson, a major UK freedom fighter - for 15 years now - against the overwhelmingly Muslim "grooming" gangs. Recently his car was firebombed. You are someone else I would like to interview.

It is heartbreaking what these innocent and beautiful souls go through; to know that we can't save them all can be discouraging and upsetting. But even one (short lived) life saved is just as important and I am sure in their innocence, these beautiful beings value every moment of freedom and love they get. You gave that to Chester. Thank you for that and for making the world a better place!

I think the word "simple" is a good one, but for me - and many others - it ought to mean "minimalist". A minimalist is someone who is ecological-minded in every way, including sufferance-abolishment, but also being happy without breeding, happy without excessive luxury or material possession, happy with a minimal carbon footprint in as many ways possible and practicable.

May I ask where your podcast with Carter Dillard on the antinatalism issues I raised is available?

Thank you for sharing your story

It saddens me at the horrific treatment of such wonderful animals

Chester did not deserve what he got , but you were able to give him a little peace .

Iam a forever Vegan for 6 years now . I love animals and am sometimes sad at the way to get are treated by the Human Race , whether it be at factory farms or abused by Pharma for texting .

Hang in there , there is duality in the world and good things to come .

Thank you for fighting for us all. its so natural to feel overwhelmed by the cruelty that is our world and at all the requests for donations etc. Money is important but also seems limiting...what difference can my donation make and how many groups should I spread it amongst. The few times I hear about charities misusing funds or mistreating animals....well, you get my point. Thank you again and let us know if its worth the money and time to show up at your trial in Sept?

Hi MVS, I don't want anyone to stretch themselves too thin -- in time or in finances -- but I do expect the trial to be a powerful and possibly transformative experience. We will be bringing compassion to what is literally one of the most violent places on earth, the largest pig farm in the nation, and doing our part to turn it into a place of peace. Would love for you to be a part of that!
