The trial you are facing is another example of a corrupt legal system defending profit over life.
I don't want to contribute to any bitter feelings. Anyone with empathy can see who the bad guys are in this case. They're not you and Paul.
Hopefully the DA will do the right thing and drop these charges immediately. Otherwise, history will remember them no better than the faceless oppressors of the kangaroo courts that deemed human beings as property and prosecuted abolitionists fighting for freedom in the antebellum South.

However, personally I have a bit of a problem with the fact that you inferred that Hadar was adversely affected by the injustices of Trump. (As you know, I am a supporter of Trump. Not particularly when it comes to animals, but what President is evolved to that degree?) Anyway, other than that, what injustices does she, or you refer to?

I agree. There are many dark days throughout history. I won't bother enumerating. We need ways of keeping strong. Also great, from a Holocaust survivor (I can’t remember the name at the moment): Man’s Search for Meaning. He will not let what is inside his head be controlled, even when he is in a concentration camp. That is HIS OWN territory.
This makes me so sad and angry & funny because I have been feeling extremely overwhelmed, hopeless and just like theres no point. My heart aches for you guys. It is not right what these sick people justify and always the good people who are caught in the crossfires. I am just disgusted with people and honestly I almost hope for a WWW3 so most of us can be wiped out, but most likely all the rich evil bastards will of course presume. IDK what the solution is. Its a way of thinking. The new generation has to be taught new morals, but the same ignorant people keep breeding and spreading their hate. I am just in a negative headspace too and just feel low. I wish I could be there for you guys. All I can do is hope and send you positive thoughts and spread awareness. Big Huggies ❤️
Of course I agree with you regarding Trumps lack of his love and consideration for the welfare of animals. This is an issue that hurts me to my core. However, his ability to run our country intelligently, keeping us safe, having respect from other world leaders, honoring our constitution, and preserving our freedom, are qualities that are ever so significant. Without those qualities, we all lose, including animals. These are issues we must hold dear and not allow them to be destroyed by the proven failure of Socialism, and Communism. From every fiber in my body, I believe the present administration will destroy all that we hold dear. They are on a mission to destroy the good aspects of life as we know it. And totally control us, and take away our freedoms.
And…I really don’t see the Left as being as animal conscience as I would like.
I think it’s important to observe all of the issues each side presents, not just one.
Obviously I am a Trump supporter. But I would welcome DeSantis too. I truly believe Biden/Obama is extremely dangerous.
I hope you will think about the choices you make, and consider the devils in the details.
