Why not just educate the proletariat? It would stop on its own. I will legislation need it for a society that has to legislate the correct thing to do concerning ethical behavior and position of morality is certainly not a “civil“ society.

You’re a candidate for the poster child. Shifting responsibility for an ethical society on some entity that has no self interest in an ethical society. That’s not a solution whatsoever. Educate people demand your policy proposal be a way of life.

Let’s leave the legislative mandates to things like #ByDefinition #UniversalHealthcare.
