It is unbelievable how it is normalized in society that animals are exploited, tortured, and killed.

Brilliant. Thank you for writing this. Thank you for everything you do for animals. What Ezra said, "There's nothing I feel as strongly about that I feel as uncomfortable expressing, as this passes judgment on too many people.'' pretty much nailed it for me. The number of times I have spoken up and then felt judgemental (some people I have known for years told me they couldn't look at my social media anymore because of what I posted about animal rights and the horror animals deal with every day), knowing that I ,too ,was blind to animal suffering for decades, before I finally opened my eyes, heart and soul to understanding we need to change, take our blinders off, that we need to protect ALL animals, save them from harm and give them respect and lives worth living. Your article gives me hope that hopefully my grandchildren's generation will prove to be better caretakers of this planet and all its inhabitants. It's the tough and heartbreaking work that people like you do, every day, that is changing more and more people and redirecting them towards lives where no animal suffers because of them. so thank you.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Brilliant, indeed. Faith on animal rights is fueled by history. It's going to happen and I am really happy to be on this side. It's a gift *totally selfish* of consciousness that gives me some kind of pride to be me - regardless the mockery, etc. that many of us have endured. I say the same about all of us. we come to this world and are inundated by beliefs that makes us think if we are actually crazy... but history shows that we are not. I hope I could do more. I am so grateful for people like you.

right on. i took a short class on death and heard that this is the time of humanity's burning ground, and that we evolve through crisis. i hope that we will emerge after the slaughter and war with a sustainable earthbound ethic.
