I agree so much. Failure is the path to success. Taking steps and learning is the path to success. If you had waited until you knew everything, could get everything right, you would still be perfecting what to do. A huge conviction of mine: take a step, any small step (or huge one). Taking that step makes so many other steps visible and even possible. Of course, be careful - or you may pay with your life and the lives of many others. But doing nothing - so many pay with their lives for that.

Wayne, the podcasts have been great and informative. I haven't listened to them all because I don't always have the attention span. But I do hope to listen to all of them, so I hope they'll still be available. That said, I'm happy for you that you're pivoting. It sounds like you've really thought about it a lot and have found the decision that is in your heart. It's a good thing and you've made some good points. Something must have really messed with my confidence at some point in my life because I am more terrified of failure than just about anything. I appreciate what you've shared about it because it inspires me to try to increase my courage and resilience. I'm not looking forward to the part where I fall in my face, LOL. But it's necessary. Congratulations on your new direction! And thank you so much for these wonderful blogs. I do hope you'll continue writing. Hugs, Sarah
