This would entail a duly modified and 'frighteningly' large scale plan of county-scale permaculture with appropriate habitat restoration and a target of renewal and health through veganism. Talk of money shortage/jobs shortage is always parental/boss jargon disguising human alienation from ecology.
I guess you don't know much about the civil rights movement. It takes time. There are set backs, but we are moving in the right direction and the media is all over it. The farmers days are numbered.
