Governments and their justice systems can often look ridiculous. But perhaps never more so than when they arrest a peaceful activist for advocating for dogs to not be tortured.
The twisted logic and misguided priorities the government has pretzeled itself into puts it in position to argue that the facility that has been torturing the dogs was the one that was harmed; while Wayne was a felonious miscreant (mostly for showing up and getting put in a squad car for his troubles, plus helping plan the action) -- while dogs howled away in their cages in the background.
If you wanted to come up with a way to make a justice system look absurd (and wasting everyone's time and money), it would be hard to come up with a more obvious example.
Imagine having to prosecute this case. "Defendant Hsiung, did you or did you not arrive at the scene with intent to free James the dog from being caged and tortured? I remind you that you are under oath..."
I have watched over the years as this amazing person Wayne has tried his best to help save thousands of dogs lives that matter. Dogs that have lived the most terrifying horrific lives for years. He and so many others and even those who could not personally be there to physically fight the fight but watching from a far and supporting this effort 100% have prayed and hoped for so long that this time would come and we would see precious little angels be walked out of that hell hole. A place of nightmares, a place of death and a place of suffering for dogs. This is wrong its immoral its haunting its got to stop for every single dog that lives in one of these slaughter facilities. It is so absurd and a down right shame that this good caring and loving person has given everything to save so many and this is how he is to be treated. We have to look at this country and realize the laws do not protect the ones and the beings that it should but it protects evil and wrong doing. It must change. These people should be let go as they did nothing wrong but try and save the lives of so many that thr entire world loves. You have to let them go.

I pray you and the others will win these trials for the animals as they need this more than ever in this dire time!!!! The government needs to CHANGE on this, they can not keep letting these businesses get away with abuse and do nothing about it!!

I did look up Wayne’s charges on the court site just now and the court records and it showed that the Marty Project and unchained TV asked for a media request for live streaming and the court denied those. So the court is probably not live streaming it either.
