Ive been keeping up with the rulings on dog testing for Ontario for awhile now. Im so happy to hear, months ago, that this new law will go into effect in January, 2027. I hope the loopholes for people’s perception to the laws are closed, and the wording cant be challenged. Im hoping the USA will follow in line and stop the testing. The world is watching!
