Seriously doubt that we have wrapped up understanding of how cesium has spread in ocean systems after Fukushima, or that officials+Corporation care to know in the first place or inform the world even if they do know. The Ocean knows no borders. The current US regime is the pseudoandroid progeny of BPz, Exxon and Tepco.

Not to sideline your main point . . . We need to empathize across all species, and this need seems an aspect of biospheric existence. Earth's biosphere is everyone's, all species' common best friend. Nature, as such, has a right to exist and be litigated for as a Meta-Person. It's like a book for kindergarten, preschool, that never got published, until recently.
