Absolutely brilliant news, Wayne! A second 'Not Guilty' verdict is revolutionary!

THIS is the year MBR Hell Hole will be put on trial!

I sent a private message to Rose, congratulating her on her victory. By chance, my letter from her regarding my beagle puppy adoption arrived on Monday, too. I took this as a sign that everything was going to work out well!

Compassion is NEVER a crime 💜🐶💜

I was following this quietly, and literally jumped in my seat with joy when I saw the title of your article! Congratulations to you all, for the courageous work you did and fighting for justice and compassion the way you did. May it serve as a precursor for future actions that help animals and justice for all sentient beings. xoxo

Aw, thank you for the support Sabrina! I was in court so could not jump out of my seat. But felt the same way!

thank you, Wayne. yes to servant leadership. i'm a social worker; vulnerable populations are our focus. animals (other than humans) are a chronically vulnerable population in the midst of the dominant species, (us) with our opposable thumbs and highly developed prefrontal cortex. i just submitted the following to Our Honor and the AVMA, i've long been aware of dogs' exquisite and sensitive auditory capacity. this youTube video brought it home in an entertaining way, https://youtu.be/cVG8RFCZ0z8?si=Roz9B2REXsZhcw0K. @WhistlingPineTree commented 6 days ago "The cruelest is the people that never replace their smoke alarm batteries and the never ending chirping which the humans have blocked out is torture to any pet in the house. I can hear it in the background of YouTube videos and I have read food delivery drivers say that in certain neighborhoods, it is rare to not hear the alarm chirping from every apartment they deliver to. Their poor pets." Similarly, many people keep the heat in their homes too high for the furry ones. We no longer live in a broadcasting world where there were Public Service Announcement (PSA). Might there be an ongoing campaign for veterinarians' staff to hand out educational information and discuss these issues with clients? and last night this letter to a paper's editor in Ottawa, "Please help me to understand how native species of swan are to be hunted by the invasive and now dominant human species. Hunting for sport is not a sport for there's no level playing field. Competitive sports provide a level playing field for hunters to engage with their peers; that is, those with opposable thumbs and a substantial prefrontal cortex. The hunting opportunities offered here have nothing to do with hunting for food. I don't understand what gives humans the assumed right over the life and death of these beings, each one a unique individual with inherent value and dignity; as well as attachments and relationships; moreover, these swans mate for life. They raise children. They have families. I am befuddled by "marketing opportunities for outfitting businesses, without any additional harvest pressure occurring on the population.” Lives are not marketing opportunities. Crops are harvested. Animals are not harvested. They are murdered. And additional "harvest" pressure seems to be a moot point as hunting is off limits for the tundra swans, if I understand correctly. I note the inanimate pronoun, It was used in the article; please consider using animate pronouns for all metabolizing beings." my point: look around. there's always something to do. in perpetuity. we are many. we are community. we are kin with all the species and the biosphere. with love and appreciation, Risa

Animal advocacy is my top priority, and I am so proud and grateful for people like your wife and all the individuals who risk their lives for this very important role. ♥️♥️♥️ Please thank your wife for me (and for the 18 sweet lives they have saved). You are rock stars! I needed to hear a ‘win’ today. Angels and dogs are definitively one and the same.

Good news. I hope things go well with you all and the doggies during and after the Riglan Dog Rescue on the 16th of this month.

That the prosecution actually spoke against sympathy spells this thing out --- the court is likely to scramble to cover that in future. But it shows the larger intentions the adversary is boldly pursuing. They need people to know what sensitivity is, but believe it does not matter before 'powers that be'. They actually tried to pull that. In the US, that's been accomplished by the 2.5 or so million spindoctors that sold Trump to 74.5 million other voters on a platform of gunning gore and makeup hauls. There is more to do in this zone up ahead but they are running out of lines.
