Does Wayne have any energy and interest in organizing against the ongoing war in Gaza? I've been trying to organize this on my substack, and I encourage anyone interested in this project to email me at peacecraft2023@gmail.com
I believe the Vatican, with all its wealth, power, and celebrity, could help the people of Gaza. They do a lot of missionary work for the poor and hungry, immigrants, and people fleeing war-torn areas, such as providing hospitals and medical care, etc. Peace.
Last I checked (about a day ago in a Haaretz article on a poll of Gaza), Hamas, for all of its sizable and well-documented faults, enjoyed substantial popularity in Gaza. If Gazan civilians are the primary casualties, and if Gazan civilians support Hamas anyway, I think it's disingenuous to argue that it's not a war against all of Gaza. It would be like saying that America didn't fight in World War II because Charles Lindbergh had some dumb ideas.
Wayne, you and other activists don't belong in jail for actions based on compassion for rescuing the most oppressed beings on Earth--our fellow Earthlings, whose only "crime" is not being human, and that attitude alone doesn't say much for "our humanity."
Those who do belong behind bars get media attention, like criminal Donald Trump and his MAGA cult followers. If any of them had any compassion, I'd be shocked! And Biden is no friend to animals! He's Catholic, after all, and I know FOR A FACT that his faith influences his political moves--except when it comes to abortion (women vote). But the extermination of wolves, for instance, is in collusion with his anthropocentric beliefs to benefit hunters and ranchers (and they vote). What a sorry moral mess "our humanity" is!
To call Hamas’s butchery, beheadings, rape, burning “faults” is completely disingenuous at best. It is terrorism. And we are all in danger, not just the Jews. Why not put your efforts in fighting prejudice against Muslims and Jews in this Country?
I am glad you are out of that place. You don't belong there.
It's a privilege to support you and DxE.
You are a good man and it is truly a privilege to support you & DxE ... I wish you Peace & Every Good Thing!
Much to reflect on in this piece....and as always, I will be rereading and sharing like crazy...🫶
(From Wayne's team): Thank you for helping us tell this story to the world!
We will fight even harder because the cruel injustices extend to humans who help save the animals. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
(From Wayne's team): Yes, it's so important we stand strong in the face of repression!
And be united in our efforts.

(From Wayne's team): Thank you so much for contributing!
Thanks so much Wayne for doing what you guys do. I wish I had the guts to do more than support from afar.
(From Wayne's team): Our work wouldn't be possible without all the support from around the world. Thank you!
Wayne, please reach out to me if you want to hang out. I am presumably not on the list of 12 people?
(From Wayne team) Thanks for the offer, Eric! The people on the no-contact list are named "co-conspirators."

The war is not against Gaza, its’s against Hamas.
I find it so confusing.
Sure, but the people of Gaza are the collateral damage for both sides.

For sure the Vatican is well-positioned to help.
Then, don’t call it a war against Gaza. It is a war against Hamas. And to say otherwise is very misleading.
